Setting Up

We provide you with a complete set-up guide to ensure that you have all the tools and instructions you need to bring your vision to life. With our guidance, the results will be nothing short of spectacular! So, are you ready to unleash your inner party planner extraordinaire? Setting up the tents is a breeze once you have everything on hand. Just make sure to allocate enough time and space for the setup before the big reveal.

 

Cleaning Up

Ask the kids to leave items by the tents so that you can count and repack everything. Instructions on how to start the cleaning process and pack up your party are included in your set-up guide.

 

Returning Items

We will schedule your pick-up window and retrieve the items from your front door in the same fashion that they were delivered. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to let us know.
